I LOVE cruising and yes, there are many last minute cruise deals available at ridiculously low prices. Last minute deals usually means the cruise will be departing in less than 90 days.
We at Atlantis World Travel get constant updates on ships and availability, so call or email us for the up-to-date last minute rates.
Soooo…. what’s the catch?
There are some things to consider before booking a last minute cruise.
- The price of last minute airfare often, in fact usually, outweighs any savings you would get on your cruise price. The cruise lines give you a break for booking last minute. The airlines, however, may demand your first born, or at least an arm or a leg.
- You must be flexible with departure dates and embarkation cities. The deals may be out of Rome, not Miami, this week.
- Last minute cruise sales have limited cabins and staterooms available. You must check carefully to make sure your ocean view stateroom is not looking out on the backside of a lifeboat. There are good staterooms available too, but not always, so just be careful.
- And lastly, and this one is obvious, but I’m going to say it anyway, these types of deals do not work when advance planning is required. If you want your family of six to sail on the same ocean at the same time, this is not the way to go. You can not depend on space available at the last minute.
Select a location you would like to cruise, select a general time to travel, then let us find you the best deals within your travel window.
